Information We Collect
When you send a booking enquiry or contact form, we store the details you enter: your name, phone number, optional email, the requirement, date, location and message, and the profile you enquired about. We do not store your IP address; we keep only a one-way hash of it to block spam and abuse. If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your details through that channel. For models, we collect photos and profile details with their consent.
How We Use Information
Client details are used only to respond to enquiries and manage bookings. They are never shown on the website and are visible only to the agency's authorised administrators. Model photos and profile details are published only with the model's consent.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that have been confirmed, declined, closed or marked as spam are deleted automatically after 180 days. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
What Is Published
Public profiles show only the details the model has agreed to publish, such as display name, photos, category, height, languages and experience. Age is shown only if the model agrees. Model phone numbers and private contact details are never published.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Enquiries are handled by the agency's booking team, and only the details needed to arrange a confirmed booking are shared.
Profile Removal & Withdrawing Consent
A model can withdraw consent at any time and ask for their profile to be removed. Anyone can report a profile that seems inaccurate or unauthorised. Use the 'Report or request removal' link on any profile, or the contact page. Removed profiles stop being shown on the website.
